We understand that Life happens to all of us. Last minute cancellations affect our ability to book other possible clients during that timeframe.
Starting January 1, a new cancellation fee will go into effect, Please review and submit the form below to secure bookings going forward.
Cancellation Policy
Beginning January 1, 2025,
a $20 per cancelled day fee will be applied to any cancellation that occurs 3 weeks or less before the scheduled agreed to dates.
Holiday Pay Increase
-an additional $15/day for boarded pets
-an additional $10/per drop-in visit
